What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting students to thrive, both academically and emotionally.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs)
- Helping students build confidence, manage emotions, and develop independence
- Using creative and adaptive approaches to make learning accessible
- Working alongside SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff

- Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies
- Sociology, Criminology, Social Sciences
- Sport, Health & Social Care, Youth Work
- Or any graduate with a genuine passion for supporting young people
You’ll thrive in this role if you are
- Positive, patient, and empathetic
- Confident and willing to support diverse needs
- Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Available Monday–Friday (8:30 am–3:30 pm)
- Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
