CDM & Building Regulations Principal Designer – Lead

Brandon James is seeking a Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations in Southampton. This unique role offers a 50/50 split between CDM and Building Regulations tasks, managing risk on large-scale Commercial, Healthcare, and complex Residential projects.

The ideal candidate will be an ARB registered Architect or APS certified, with at least 5 years in a similar role. In return, enjoy a salary up to £80,000, car allowance, bonuses, and various benefits including healthcare and gym membership.
