Overview
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness and preparing food and drinks. You will work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms and serving drinks at the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception bookings and daily front‑desk operations.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote services.
- Host and support events and activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and prepare food and drinks.
- Assist with laser arena, escape room, karaoke rooms, and bar services.
