Job Details: Member Services Customer Care Coordinator

We’re looking for a Member Services Customer Care Coordinator to join our passionate team, supporting the teachers and professionals who make Thrive such a success.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our members – offering excellent service and ensuring they have the resources, information, and support they need to make the most of their Thrive membership.

Your day-to-day will be varied – from responding to emails and phone enquiries, to processing certification and award applications, to updating membership information and resources within our CRM and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Thrive members, Licensed Practitioners, Course Leaders, and Trainers.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with members through clear, engaging communication.
  • Support members to maintain their licensed status and access CPD opportunities.
  • Process certification and award applications using our CRM and LMS systems.
  • Keep membership information and resources accurate and up to date.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality.
