Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for talented folks to join our Dealer Experience team – the heart and soul of Motorway. As a Dealer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers using the Motorway platform, guiding them through the various stages of buying vehicles on our platform and supporting them throughout their journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building genuine connections: chat with car sellers and dealers, answering questions and building trust.
• Finding creative solutions: use initiative and problem‑solving skills to tackle challenges.
• Mastering our systems: become a whiz with our CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Putting customers first: champion the customer and look for ways to improve their experience.
