Lead Etch Process Development Engineer

IC Resources is seeking a Staff Etch Process Development Engineer to develop, optimise, and support dry and wet etch processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. The role focuses on improving yield, throughput, and process capability in a semiconductor fabrication setting.

You will analyse data using SPC/DOE methodologies, support technology transfer, and drive continuous improvements across manufacturing.
