About the location
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, the hotel is a five‑star property that sits in a grade‑II listed building. The property has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments (including 31 units in an FS‑run transient rental program), a ballroom, five meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a range of food and beverage facilities.
Club Supervisor
We are seeking a Club Supervisor to join our private members club and play a key role in delivering seamless, personalised service at an upscale setting in the City of London.
About Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club
The club is situated within a historic landmark in the heart of the City of London and is a partnership between Reignwood, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Château Latour. It focuses on personalised service, craftsmanship, and an elegant discreet environment.
The role
As Club Supervisor you will support day‑to‑day operations, ensuring service consistency, professionalism, and care. This hands‑on leadership role requires guiding the team, building relationships with members, and maintaining a refined welcoming atmosphere.
What You Will Do
- Support the smooth daily operation of the Private Members Club
- Deliver personalised, intuitive service to members and guests
- Build strong, lasting relationships and anticipate member preferences
- Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to maintain high standards
- Ensure food and beverage service is executed at the highest level
- Handle member requests, special occasions, and service recovery with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Support administrative tasks and operate POS systems accurately
What We Are Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, a high‑end restaurant, or a members’ club
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A calm, confident, and professional presence
- High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving
- Ability to lead by example and support team performance
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros is an advantage
- A genuine passion for personalised, luxury service
- Right to work in the UK
Working pattern
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday operation, no weekend shifts required
- Shifts scheduled between 7.00 am and 11.30 pm
