Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety operations
• Drive customer service excellence
• Manage the lifeguard team
• Provide safe and effective pool supervision
• Lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Assume Duty Manager role when needed
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required
• NPLQ training will be provided
• First Aid at Work qualification is required
• Pool Plant Operators qualification is required
• Training for First Aid and Pool Plant Operators will also be provided
• DBS check will be required before start

Work Schedule

This position will involve day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays.
