Part Time Community Manager

Role Overview

This position sits at the heart of our growing global organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of your centre’s performance. We will give you the autonomy and resources to manage your centre as though it were your own business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage everything on site, ensuring smooth operations.
• Resolve challenges and solve problems efficiently.
• Conduct tours for prospective customers.
• Upsell services to existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service so that each becomes a brand ambassador for IWG.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience delivering results against targets while leading a small, close‑knit team.
• Previous management of a flexible workspace centre, store, restaurant or similar high‑customer‑focus site.
• Strong customer service and commercial skills.
