Embedded Electronics & Firmware Engineer (Optical)

Red Acorn Recruitment is seeking an Electronics and Firmware Engineer in the Southampton area to join a busy engineering team. You will work on products around optical systems, developing embedded firmware and managing design activities across the full electronics lifecycle.

The role requires proficiency in C/C++ for microcontrollers (PICs/AVR/STM32) and experience in digital electronics design, with an eye for low-noise analogue design and a collaborative, process-driven approach.
