Health Visiting Nurse (Band 5) – 2-Year Fixed Term

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse within the Health Visiting Team on a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract. The post holder will be supported to apply for the year‑long SCPHN training on the Health Visiting Pathway.

You will work across the locality, travel as required, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support children and families through the Healthy Child Programme, using Hive EPR to document care.
