Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track orders from receipt to delivery (order creation on the system, invoicing, issuing despatch notes)
  • Prepare and check customs and export documentation (invoices, HS codes, Incoterms, VAT / duties, Export Health Certification)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and 3PLs
  • Resolve delivery, customs, and service issues efficiently
  • Manage customer enquiries across business accounts
  • Establish a strong customer relationship whilst providing frequent updates on sales orders and stock status

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B and D2C customer service
  • Hands on import / export and customs procedures experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using CRM / ERP systems, delivery booking platforms and Excel
  • International customs or post-Brexit trade experience
  • Understanding of the pet food industry
  • Knowledge of managing supermarket accounts
