Job Description:
Take ownership of core AI infrastructure across the entire product spanning intelligent agent systems, data retrieval pipelines, APIs, and production deployment.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship backend services and APIs using modern Python / Django.
- Build and maintain production‑grade AI features including retrieval‑augmented generation, agent orchestration, and model evaluation
- Develop data pipelines supporting model training, monitoring, and iterative improvement
- Own reliability, performance, and security considerations across the codebase
- Support and mentor less experienced engineers; raise the bar on engineering standards
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record shipping AI‑powered features in production
- Strong Python skills and ideally Django framework
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, containers, and automated deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with async task processing and in‑memory data stores
- Exposure to LLM evaluation methods and tooling
- AI agent orchestration
