Avara Foods is seeking a Production Section Manager for the Caistor site in North Lincolnshire. This factory role operates 7 days a week with a rotating shift pattern (Sat–Tue 05:30–18:00, Mon–Tue 05:30–15:00) in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, focusing on safety, quality and KPI achievement.
