Job Description:
Look Ahead Care and Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for their Young People Mental Health Service in Ealing. The role involves building trusting relationships with young people and conducting keywork sessions to help them achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a supportive environment, managing caseloads and advocating for young people’s needs. Ideal candidates should have up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in mental health settings.
