£13.20 per hour
Full-time – 36 hours per week (Day Shifts)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Care Assistant (Care Companion) to join our friendly and close-knit team at Magdalen House.
We use the term Care Companion because companionship, connection, and trust are at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be delivering high‑quality residential care in a supportive, family‑focused environment, helping residents live happy, fulfilling lives.
Shift Pattern
- Day shifts
- Typically 3 shifts per week (8am–8pm)
- Alternate weekend working
- 36 hours per week

About You
- Has experience in residential care (preferred)
- Is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
- Is kind, compassionate, and respectful
- Has strong communication skills
- Is comfortable using basic IT systems
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
