Union Case Worker: Organising & Bargaining Lead (12-Month)

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an individual committed to delivering high-quality union member representation. The role involves supporting workplace structures and promoting UNISON membership throughout Cardiff & Vale.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in union representation and strong negotiation skills, while Welsh speaking ability is desirable. This is a fixed term secondment for 12 months, starting from the date of appointment.
