Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project/Operations Support, ideally within the AV industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under pressure
- Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and project management tools
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day project pipeline for a key client
- Liaise directly with the client to provide updates and ensure transparency
- Work closely with Project Managers on scheduling, programmes, and installation timelines
- Arrange site surveys and coordinate resources
- Prepare job packs including technical documentation and RAMS
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of reports
- Upload and manage project data within internal systems, including Simpro
- Support invoicing and job completion reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams as required
- Assist with procurement and ordering of equipment
- Support additional client pipelines when required

We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Support professional with a background in AV to join our leading organisation on a key client account. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Stockport on a hybrid working arrangement, with full-time hours of 37.5 per week and a start date at the end of July.
