Job Summary

Qualified PCV Bus Driver with Category D Licence.

Pay: £16.00 – £22.07 per hour, depending on experience and overtime.

Pay & Overtime

0–12 months: £16.00/hr – £20.00/hr

12–24 months: £13.41/hr – £20.51/hr

24+ months: £17.66/hr – £22.07/hr

Overtime paid for hours worked after 9pm, weekends, or over contracted hours.

Working Patterns

5 days on / 2 days off per week on a rotating shift pattern. Shifts planned 6–8 weeks in advance. Typical start times: morning from 04:00, afternoon from 12:00, evening from 18:00. Overtime opportunities available depending on business needs.

Note: Fixed shift patterns (e.g., only mornings or only evenings) are not available.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and on time across London.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting passengers and assisting with any needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and training.

What You’ll Need

• Valid PCV licence
• Aged 18 or over
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Licence for London if you have worked for another London operator within the past 6 months
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Great customer service and people skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts
