Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program to support sales and retention objectives
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management and global Communications & Marketing teams
- Deliver global marketing programs tailored to local market and business needs
- Ensure enterprise and global campaigns are deployed across an optimal marketing mix
- Partner with sales, business development and marketing colleagues to design customer‑centric marketing programs
- Utilise the full marketing mix to plan and execute demand generation tactics
- Leverage effective partnerships with cross‑functional teams to deliver high quality marketing programs
- Maximise ROI of marketing tactics by regularly reporting on the success of activities
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer challenges
- Effectively manage teams to deliver integrated local marketing plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Experience collaborating across a matrixed B2B organisation
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field
- Proven experience working with sales teams
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced and matrixed team environment
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership, management, interpersonal, negotiation and thought leadership skills
- Practical experience implementing AI within marketing planning and execution
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in another language of the region is a plus
Certifications & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in marketing
