The Role– Entry-level finance position with significant responsibility and growth potential– Not a routine or passive finance seat; requires proactive engagement and initiative– Expense processing, vendor scrutiny, and bookkeeping are the starting point, not the full scope
Day-to-Day Responsibilities– Process expense reimbursements efficiently and accurately– Scrutinise vendors, expenses, and internal processes to prevent wasteful spending– Bookkeeping is the baseline; expected to flag patterns and anomalies, not just record transactions– Conduct ad-hoc finance research and work closely with the team– Make direct vendor calls and push back when necessary to protect company interests
