Trauma-Informed Youth Housing Support Worker

YMCA DownsLink Group in Brighton is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to manage a caseload of residents and develop weekly support plans. The role involves housing compliance, rent management, safeguarding and working to help young people progress towards independent living.

You will work on a seven-day rolling rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with on-site duties and induction provided. Applicants must have right to work in the UK.
