About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a well-established and growing organisation. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketing professional who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign performance.

Working as part of the marketing team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging digital campaigns, growing the company’s online presence, and supporting wider marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
  • Build, manage and optimise Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to support promotions and business objectives.
  • Create compelling digital content, including graphics, copy and campaign messaging.
  • Drive website traffic and user engagement through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
  • Update website content using a Content Management System (CMS) and liaise with external web partners when required.
  • Support wider branding and marketing initiatives across the business.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure marketing activities are communicated effectively across the business.
  • Assist with additional marketing duties as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
  • An understanding of SEO principles and website content management.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
