We are looking for the following for successful candidate to join our expanding team.Role responsibilities :Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problemsMonitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionalityCreate, maintain, and utilise documentationRequirements consulting, design, implementation and maintenance of security toolsets and integrations
Assist the Account Security Team with processes and policiesWhat you will bring to the team :Excellent organisation and time management skillsWorking to ITIL best practicesDesire to improve processes, looking for the root cause of a problemWillingness to both share your knowledge and learn from othersA proactive approach towards looking for risks and problemsAssist in shaping future security services on key client accounts Desirable Skills and Technologies :Solid knowledge and understanding of networkingExperience in the design, implementation and ongoing management of security toolsets and technologies within both on-premises and cloud environments
