The Role
As Senior Designer, you’ll be a key creative voice — shaping, refining and evolving the brand’s visual language across physical, digital and experiential channels.
You’ll work across:
- Brand identity & visual systems
- Digital design (web, social, email, campaign assets)
- Product graphics & packaging
- Launch campaigns & brand storytelling
- Retail, environmental & in‑store creative
- Presentation design & internal comms
You’ll champion user‑centred thinking, ensure every asset feels intentional and premium, and help drive innovation across the brand ecosystem.
What You Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in a brand‑led or agency environment
- A portfolio that shows conceptual strength, digital excellence, and beautiful craft
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident use of Figma
- Strong skills in layout, hierarchy, typography and design systems
- Ability to take a brief from insight → idea → execution
- A structured, organised approach to workflow and file management
- A passion for brand consistency, creative experimentation, and raising the bar
- Experience in FMCG, consumer product, lifestyle or design‑driven brands
