Volunteer Instructor — Lead, Mentor & Train Cadets

The Royal Air Force Air Cadets invite you to become a Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer. This flexible role typically requires 1–2 evenings per week and offers a chance to support and mentor young cadets aged 12–20. You’ll gain leadership and instructional skills while delivering a wide range of engaging activities.

Experience in education, emergency services, or leadership is appreciated, but not essential. This is a voluntary role that provides nationally recognised qualifications, and helps make a positive impact in the community.
