HVAC Sales Specialist – Send, Surrey (GU23 7JY) – Plumb Centre

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Sales Specialist based in our Send branch, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving day‑to‑day sales performance and delivering all branch KPIs across our Climate product range.
- Growing new business opportunities and maximising sales while maintaining strong cost awareness.
- Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted technical expert for Climate solutions.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development.
- Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal teams.
- Confidence in handling technical queries and providing clear, accurate product guidance.
- A passion for driving growth, delivering great service and contributing to a high‑performing team culture.
