Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programmes from initiation to completion.
• Drive cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to achieve project milestones.
• Implement and refine Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize team performance and delivery.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on programme status.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager or in a similar senior project management role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and their practical application.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Experience with risk management and dependency tracking in a technical environment.
