Night-time Resident Services Concierge

Vita Student in Coventry is hiring a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to provide exceptional resident service from 9pm to 6am on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The role is permanent and part of a 27-hour weekly schedule, with duties including front-of-house reception, site upkeep, parcel management and incident response.

The position requires a hands-on attitude, strong communication, and comfort with cleaning and safety duties.
