Join a rapidly expanding global Defence company as a Vehicle Technician Trainer! Deliver training, coach, and assess apprentices while preparing relevant learning materials.
Responsibilities
• Deliver training and assess learners in line with the required standards.• Coach apprentices to develop knowledge and practical skills in vehicle technology.• Prepare and maintain relevant learning materials and learning plans.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds Part 3 / NVQ L3 or Engineering Apprenticeship
- 5+ years’ industry experience
- Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes (MEI/MOT)
- Experience in Army/Defence environment
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement / Education & Training
- Pension & enhanced leave allowance
