Senior Support Worker – Elderly & Dementia Care

Creative Support is seeking a warm, compassionate Senior Extra Care Support Worker to provide person-centered care to our service users based in Hattersley, Tameside. You will work on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, supporting older people, including those with dementia, in an independent living setting and enjoying full training towards a QCF Diploma.

The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with enhancements such as a probationary bonus and pension
