As a Switchboard Operator, you’re not just handling incoming telephone calls – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations.
  • Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations.
  • Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations.

Shift pattern: 7:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00.
