Christadelphian Care Homes exists primarily, although not exclusively, to support members of the Christadelphian faith. We are committed to delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care that enables residents to live fulfilling lives, with meaningful activities tailored to individual preferences within a spiritual environment.
At Olivet Nursing Home, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor to join our team. We can offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, depending on the successful candidate(s).
This is a key leadership role focused on supporting excellent care outcomes through strong team leadership. The successful candidate will lead, develop, and inspire the team, and help shape a positive culture while ensuring residents experience a high-quality, fulfilling life within the home.
While the role is primarily focused on people and care delivery, there is scope for wider responsibilities across the home—such as rota management, care administration, safeguarding processes, and statutory notifications—depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and professional development goals.
As the role involves leading care standards and outcomes, it is desirable for the successful candidate to have some flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to maintain visibility, oversight, and team support.
