Job Description:
iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist for the Partner Flow team in London. You will own experimentation and analytics for the partner channel, shaping the analytical approach and turning findings into product and strategy decisions.
You will design experiments, model customer behaviour, analyse large datasets across the funnel, and collaborate with commercial, strategy and product colleagues. Experience with causal inference, Bayesian thinking, and AI-driven analytics is highly valued.
