- Willingness to learn systems, take ownership and work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Support partner onboarding and website integrations from set up through to go live
- Create and maintain widgets, embeds and other digital assets across platforms
- Troubleshoot basic website issues across HTML, CSS and general web functionality
- Manage technical queries, maintain accurate documentation, and improve internal processes
