Class 1 Driver Trainer & Coach

Farmfoods is hiring a Driver Trainer at our Daventry distribution centre. You will deliver practical and classroom training to our Class 1 (C+E) drivers, assess competence and support recruitment and development of drivers. This is a permanent full-time role with a guaranteed hours pattern.

You will ensure adherence to DVSA regulations, driver hours rules and company policies while coaching drivers to raise safety and efficiency across the fleet.
