Keys Children is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support operations for our residential children’s home in Lytham St Annes, Blackpool. This role requires a minimum Level 3 qualification in Children’s residential and a full UK driving license. The position offers a salary ranging from £31,332 to £33,549 per annum, plus an additional sleep-in payment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in children’s care and demonstrate leadership skills to nurture a supportive environment for both staff and children.
