Lead Engineer – Drive Safety, OEE & CI at Site

Elis is seeking a Lead Engineer at our Leicester site to support the Engineering Manager and lead the engineering team in delivering exceptional operational performance. You will act as deputy, guide maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will collaborate with Production to improve equipment performance, ensure compliance with safety and QHSE policies, and manage budgets while developing engineers and operators.
