Senior Estate & Care Manager – Retirement Living Community

McCarthy Stone in Swindon, Wiltshire, is seeking a Registered Estate Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and care delivery at our Gilbert Place Retirement Living Plus Development. You will lead the care team, ensure CQC compliance, and promote resident independence and wellbeing.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or 75% complete) and experience managing a registered care or housing-with-care service. 38.75 hours per week with some weekend work.
