This role focuses on bridging raw data and applied performance environments — transforming exploratory analysis into robust dashboards, automated pipelines, and decision-support tools for practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reporting suites for performance teams
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines (SQL, Python)
• Ensure data quality, validation, and reliability across performance datasets
• Support data governance and access control across internal systems
• Assist in AI feature engineering, preparing datasets for advanced modelling

Tech Environment

• GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Functions)
• Exposure to AI/ML tools (Vertex AI, Gemini)
• Supporting tools: Docker, Git, Cloud Build

About You

• Strong foundation in data analysis / computer science
• Experience working with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud environments
• Ability to translate data into practical, applied insights
• Interest in football performance and AI applications in sport
