Job Description

• Handle a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and lasting powers of attorney.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing a high-quality legal advice.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Support elderly clients in a professional and sensitive manner.

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE experience (ideally) in Private Client matters.
• Willingness to partake in business development activities.
• STEP qualified (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
