We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Inclusion Manager to lead our safeguarding, pastoral care and inclusion strategies, ensuring every pupil has the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastoral or safeguarding professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people with additional needs. Working as part of our senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where pupils can build confidence, develop resilience and achieve their full potential.

About Us
Groveside School is a Special Educational Needs School for Pupils 7 – 16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. Our school opened in September 2024 and will cater for 60 pupils.
