Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer – Marble Arch, Central London

Up to £47,000 annual salary.

Overview

Looking for a multi‑skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with building services experience. Responsibilities include carrying out preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks for a high‑profile corporate office.

Hours

4 days on, 4 days off; shift 7am to 7pm.

Requirements

• Apprentice trained: Electrical – City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent, 17th/18th Edition
• Client‑facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Maintenance of emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant and water treatment systems
• Work in landlord and tenant areas of large blue‑chip companies and banks across a large estate
• Collaborate with a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service to the client
