We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing Employee Experience and HR practice. This role sits at the intersection of technology leadership, client advisory and delivery ownership, helping organisations transform employee and enterprise service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations.
- Produce and maintain technical design documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and platform best practices.
- Lead end‑to‑end engagements, including delivery governance and stakeholder management.
- Oversee delivery teams while not being directly responsible for configuration or development.
- Define ServiceNow platform strategies and roadmaps for customers.
- Act as a technology advisor to customer leadership teams, programme stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Liaise with ServiceNow representatives and ecosystem partners.
- Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, drive proposal development and deliver winning client presentations.
YOUR PROFILE – Essential Experience & Certifications
- ServiceNow certifications (minimum): Certified System Administrator, CIS ITSM, CIS HRSD; CTA / CMA (beneficial).
- Proven experience on at least one large global / international ServiceNow implementation, or multiple end‑to‑end smaller deployments.
- Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform across architecture and solution design.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate ServiceNow HR / AI features to customers.

- Strong understanding of how technology decisions impact user experience, operating models, ways of working and transformation delivery.
- Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Desire to transition from hands‑on technical delivery into technology leadership and engagement ownership.
- Strong technical foundations, moving into or already in an architect / leadership role.
- Enjoy engaging with clients, shaping solutions, and influencing strategy.

Compensation & Benefits
The remuneration package includes flexible benefits options, a variable component dependent on grade and performance, and opportunities for senior technology leadership. Base location may be London, Manchester or Glasgow, with full flexibility for assignment locations at short notice.
