Fieldcare Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Supervisors to join us in leading our supported living services in Rotherham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Our Fieldcare Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives. They will develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues, complete supervisions and appraisals, complete medication competencies and audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete reports and generally assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day management of our services. Supervisors regularly visit their services and spend time with the people we support.
You will also take part in the on‑call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).
We’re interested in our Fieldcare Supervisors having both the right experience and the right values. Supervisors should have previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
