Field Service Engineer – Bespoke Equipment

We are looking for a self‑motivated and independent Vehicle Engineer who can travel to our clients’ workshops across a designated area. Your day starts when you start your vehicle!

Responsibilities

• Callouts
• Preventative maintenance
• Emergency breakdowns
• Pre‑arranged servicing at rural sites
• MOT preparation
• Engine work and diagnostic investigations
• Correction of running defects
• Chassis and fabrication work
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Improvement of vehicle standards
• Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections

Qualifications

• A Class 2 licence would be beneficial.
• Fully qualified Commercial Vehicle Technician or accredited through an authorised apprenticeship.
