Field Service Engineer – Bespoke Equipment
We are looking for a self‑motivated and independent Vehicle Engineer who can travel to our clients’ workshops across a designated area. Your day starts when you start your vehicle!
Responsibilities
- Callouts
- Preventative maintenance
- Emergency breakdowns
- Pre‑arranged servicing at rural sites
- MOT preparation
- Engine work and diagnostic investigations
- Correction of running defects
- Chassis and fabrication work
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Improvement of vehicle standards
- Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections
Qualifications
- A Class 2 licence would be beneficial.
- Fully qualified Commercial Vehicle Technician or accredited through an authorised apprenticeship.
