Inspiring Specialist Teaching Assistant (SEMH) – Term-time

St Luke’s Academy in Swindon is seeking an inspirational Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs in a vibrant, close-knit school. The role is permanent, 32.5 hours per week during term time, with fixed daily hours.

The successful candidate will have experience in a school setting, a compassionate, patient approach, and the ability to work well in a team. The White Horse Federation network provides CPD and supportive leadership.
