Responsibilities
- Managing shared mailboxes
- Maintaining efficient and streamlined admin processes
- Managing the end-to-end order process from quote to delivery and invoicing
- Using vendor portals to place orders, track updates, and obtain invoices
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors
- Ensuring SLAs and contract terms are met
- Keeping the sales team and customers updated on order progress
- Supporting the Team Leader with escalated queries
- Identifying and supporting improvements to sales admin processes
- Supporting the wider Sales & Business Admin Team / NOC as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or similiar business role
- Confident and proactive, with a positive approach to challenges
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good time management and responsiveness
