We are currently recruiting for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a busy and successful Small Animal Hospital in the fantastic City of Cardiff area, South Wales. This is an excellent full time permanent opportunity working 4 days a week with 1 in 5 weekends on a rota and no OOH. The practice is an established and successful hospital with state of the art equipment, facilities and technologies; CT scanner, advanced ultrasonography, ECC wards, orthopaedic and soft tissue theatres, endosurgery, dental suite, in‑house laboratory etc. This role is designed around inpatient and hospital‑based care, with opportunities for surgery and first‑opinion consulting. Ideally you will enjoy managing hospitalised patients, complex medical cases and inpatient care. If your interests lie in medicine, ECC, surgery or diagnostics, you’ll have the tools and support to pursue them. Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- Experienced veterinary surgeon who enjoys managing hospitalised patients, complex medical cases and inpatient care.
