Lead Site Manager: Community Centre Build

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new community centre in Hemel Hempstead. This exciting project involves managing two buildings, associated public open spaces, car parking facilities, and play areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building projects, managing from groundworks through to handover, and possess valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications. The role offers a competitive day rate of £250-£280 and a contract of up to 12 months.
